2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Heinz Chili Sauce
2 slices fully cooked reduced-sodium bacon, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
1 large whole wheat tortilla

Step 1
Whisk eggs and water until blended.
Step 2
Spray small skillet with cooking spray, then heat on medium-high heat. Add eggs, turn heat to medium and cook 2 min. or until almost set; occasionally lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
Step 3
Top with all remaining ingredients except tortilla; cook 1 min. or until eggs are set but top is still slightly moist. Slip spatula underneath omelette, tip skillet to loosen and gently slide omelette onto tortilla. Fold in both sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito style.

Buy only refrigerated eggs with clean unbroken shells. Open carton and gently move each egg to make sure it is not stuck to the carton because of an unseen crack. Check the Sell-By Date on the carton. Store eggs in their original carton on an inside shelf of the refrigerator as soon as possible after purchasing. Avoid placing near foods with strong odours that can easily be absorbed. For best quality, use within 4 weeks.
