3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Raspberry Dressing
2 cups low fat cottage cheese

How do I make it ?
Cut pineapple crosswise into 8 slices. Place in single layer on rack of broiler pan or on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with dressing.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Transfer pineapple to platter; top with remaining ingredients.
