1 cup packed brown sugar, divided
2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1-1/3 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1/2 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon until blended; reserve for later use. Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Step 3
Beat egg, bananas, mayonnaise and vanilla with remaining sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with whisk until blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Step 4
Pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan; sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture.
Step 5
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
