3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
1-1/2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Add butter; mix well.
Step 3
Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 8 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Step 5
Spoon half the sugar mixture evenly into 8 small dishes; top evenly with half the Cool Whip. Repeat layers.
Step 6
Sprinkle with chocolate.
