4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar, divided
6 eggs, divided
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup flour
3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups sliced strawberries

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 2 cups sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla; mix well. Blend in flour. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake 18 min. (Brownie will not be done.) Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add remaining eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Step 5
Pour cream cheese batter over partially baked brownie. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until centre of cheesecake is almost set. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen cake; cool completely.
Step 6
Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to remove cheesecake from pan. Serve topped with strawberries.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips over brownie batter before baking as directed.
