3/4 cup butter
4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
20 Kraft Caramels
2 oz. (1/3 of 170-g pkg.) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2
Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Microwave butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Use tip of sharp knife to score top of brownie into 85 (3x1/2-inch) rectangles; cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan. Cut brownie into 85 pieces following the scored lines.
Step 5
Place peanut butter in small microwaveable bowl. Repeat in 2 separate microwaveable bowls with caramels and bittersweet chocolate. Add 1 cup of the Cool Whip to ingredient in each bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. to 2 min. or just until dips are warmed, and ingredients are melted and well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Serve with the brownie "fries."

How to Reheat the Dips
If dips need to be reheated, microwave the chocolate and caramel dips on HIGH until warmed, stirring in 30-sec. intervals. When reheating the peanut butter dip, microwave just 10 sec. or until warmed - overheating this dip will cause it to separate.
How to Test for Doneness
These brownies are meant to be firmer and more cake-like than our BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies. When testing for doneness, the toothpick inserted in the centre of the baked brownie should come out clean with no fudgy crumbs clinging to the toothpick.
