4 7" pita bread rounds
1/4 cup mustard
2 cups grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
1 can (14oz/398mL) pineapple bits, well drained
1 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup each: diced green pepper and sliced green onion

How do I make it ?

Step 1
PLACE pita rounds on baking sheet.
Step 2
SPREAD each pita with 1 Tbsp (15mL) mustard.
Step 3
SPRINKLE 1/2 cup (125mL) cheese on each pita. Arrange pineapple bits and ham pieces on top of cheese. Sprinkle green pepper and green onion on top if desired.
Step 4
BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts and pita is crisp.
