1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
5 eggs, divided
3/4 cup Heinz Chicken Gravy
4 slices deli reduced-sodium ham (1/2 lb./225 g)
6 fresh asparagus spears, cooked, cut in half

Step 1
Prepare stuffing as directed on package; cool 10 min. Meanwhile, spray electric waffle iron with cooking spray. Heat iron to medium heat.
Step 2
Whisk 1 egg until blended. Add to stuffing; mix well. Spoon scant 1/2 cup stuffing mixture onto centre of each waffle grid section. Close lid slowly, pressing gently to evenly distribute stuffing mixture. Cook 10 to 12 min. or until "waffle" is golden brown. When done, lift waffle off grid with fork. Repeat with remaining stuffing mixture to make 3 additional waffles.
Step 3
Meanwhile, poach remaining eggs, and warm gravy as directed on label. While gravy is warming, heat ham in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
Step 4
Top waffles with ham, asparagus, eggs and gravy.

How to Poach the Eggs
Carefully slide eggs into gently simmering water in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until whites are completely set but yolks are still runny. Remove with slotted spoon. For best results, avoid precooking and reheating poached eggs.
