Mix quinoa, chickpeas, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder and 1/4 cup wing sauce until blended; shape into 18 (1-inch) balls.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add quinoa balls, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to serving plate. Cover to keep warm while cooking remaining quinoa balls.
Drizzle dressing, then remaining wing sauce over quinoa balls. Sprinkle with onions.
