If you can't find mini flour tortillas, you can instead use mini corn tortillas. Or, you can cut small flour tortillas into 5-inch rounds with cookie cutter or sharp knife. Save the tortilla trimmings, then spread them onto a baking sheet and bake in a 400°F oven 5 to 7 min. or until crisp and golden brown. Cool, then break them into small pieces to sprinkle over salads or bowls of hot chili.
