1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
12 small flour tortillas
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) refried beans
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
1/2 cup salsa

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
Step 3
Place 4 tortillas on bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray, overlapping as necessary to completely cover bottom of pie plate; top with layers of half each of the beans, meat mixture and cheese. Repeat all layers. Cover with remaining tortillas.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until meat mixture is heated through and cheese is melted. Top with salsa. Cut into 12 wedges to serve.
