1/2 cup Renée's Caesar Dip, divided
4 halibut fillets (1 lb./450 g), 1-1/2 inches thick
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Step 1
Reserve half the dip for later use. Brush fish with remaining dip. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Step 3
Grill fish 5 to 7 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Brush with reserved dip before serving with rice.
