1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, broken into small pieces
1/3 cup brewed strong Maxwell House Coffee
4 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. orange zest
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F
Microwave chocolate and coffee in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Add cream cheese and sugar; beat with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in orange zest. Pour into 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Combine cocoa powder and cinnamon; sprinkle over cheesecake.
