1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, chopped
24 fresh strawberries (1 lb./450 g)
2 Tbsp. coloured sprinkles

How do I make it ?
Wash strawberries, then pat dry. Do not remove stemmed tops.
Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted.
Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip strawberries, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off strawberries before placing on prepared baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Use your Stove Top
To melt chocolate on top of the stove, cook chopped chocolate in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly. Or, place chopped chocolate in top portion of double boiler or in bowl placed over a larger pan of simmering, not rapidly boiling, water. Cook until chocolate is completely melted, stirring occasionally. Note: Be careful not to get any water in the melted chocolate or it will seize up and become grainy.
