1 large red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
3 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) peameal bacon, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/4 cup Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
6 Boston lettuce leaves
6 ciabatta sandwich buns (4 inch), split
6 Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese Slices
2 tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices

Step 1
Place greased grill pan on barbecue grate. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place onions in microwaveable bowl; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 10 min., stirring after 5 min.; drain, reserving onions in bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce to onions; mix well. Microwave, uncovered, 6 to 8 min. or until onions are softened.
Step 3
Spread onions onto hot grill pan; grill 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove grill pan (with onions) from barbecue; set aside. Spray both sides of bacon slices with cooking spray; grill 2 min. on each side or until done.
Step 4
Mix mayonnaise and remaining barbecue sauce until blended. Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise mixture. Cover with tops of buns.
