1-1/3 cups boiling water, divided
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
1 env. (7 g) unflavoured gelatine
1 cup milk, divided
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Add 2/3 cup boiling water to orange jelly powder in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Repeat in separate bowl with lemon jelly powder and remaining boiling water. Cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Bring remaining milk to simmer in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and vanilla. Add to unflavoured gelatine mixture; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. Cool 10 min.
Step 3
Pour orange jelly into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 15 min. or until jelly is set but not firm. Cover with lemon jelly; refrigerate until set but not firm. Top with unflavoured gelatine mixture.
Step 4
Refrigerate 2 hours. Dip bottom of pan in warm water 15 sec. Invert onto cutting board. Cut jelly crosswise into 16 slices, then cut each slice into 6 triangles to resemble candy corn Jigglers.

How to Unmold Jelly
Dip pan in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull jelly from around edge with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of pan. Invert pan and plate; holding pan and plate together, shake gently to loosen jelly. Gently remove pan. Transfer jelly to cutting board before cutting into shapes.
