This classic baked pasta is sure to become a new family favourite. Cannelloni pasta is stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach and a other flavourful add-ins, then baked in a deliciously rich tomato sauce. No one will know that this can all be prepared in the same dish - the pasta cooks right in the sauce!

1 egg, beaten
1 container (454 g) ricotta cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
24 oven-ready cannelloni pasta
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine egg, ricotta, spinach, dressing, basil and 1/2 the Parmesan; spoon into both ends of each cannelloni.
Step 3
Spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Place stuffed cannelloni in single layer in prepared pan; top with remaining pasta sauce, taking care to completely cover all cannelloni with sauce. Cover.
Step 5
Bake 45 min. or until cannelloni is tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan; bake 10 min. or until cannelloni are heated through and mozzarella is melted.
