2 apples, sliced

How do I make it ?
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. (Caramel sauce will be hot.)
Arrange apples, with slices slightly overlapping, on plate.
Pour caramel sauce into measuring cup; drizzle over apples. Top with remaining ingredients.
