1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. (2-layer size) golden cake mix
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, chopped
25 Kraft Caramels (about 1/2 of 269-g pkg.)
2 Tbsp. milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray; cover bottom with parchment. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg; beat on low speed just until blended.
Step 3
Prepare cake batter in separate bowl as directed on package; stir in apples. Pour into prepared pan. Top with spoonfuls of cheesecake batter; swirl gently with knife.
Step 4
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until top is golden brown and firm to the touch. Cool completely.
Step 5
Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Drizzle over cake.
