How do I make it ?
Select All
Step 1
Heat oil in large saucepan to 325ºF. Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Whisk egg and 1/4 cup milk in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; whisk until blended.
Step 2
Place wire rack on paper towel-covered baking sheet; set aside. Cut each banana lengthwise, then crosswise in half. Dip 4 banana pieces in batter, turning to evenly coat each piece. Use slotted spoon to carefully add bananas to hot oil; cook 5 to 6 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oil; place on wire rack to drain. Repeat with remaining banana pieces.
Step 3
Microwave caramels and remaining milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until caramels are almost melted; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Step 4
Place 2 banana pieces on each of 4 dessert plates. Drizzle with caramel, then chocolate. Top with Cool Whip.
