4 tsp. canola oil
5 onions, finely chopped
2 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup beer
2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook 30 to 45 min. or until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally and adding 1 to 2 Tbsp. water if necessary to prevent onions from sticking to bottom of skillet.
Add mustard; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in beer; cook and stir on high heat 4 min. or until thickened. Cool completely.
Stir in Miracle Whip.
