1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup cold butter, divided
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, cubed
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch

Step 1
Place flour in large bowl. Cut 1/2 cup butter into small pieces. Add to flour along with the cream cheese spread. Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut butter and cream cheese into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Shape into ball; flatten into disk. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375°F. Place dough on lightly floured surface; roll into 10-inch round. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray;press dough onto bottom and up side of pie plate. Flute edge.
Step 3
Melt remaining butter; pour into medium bowl. Add honey, cream, eggs, vinegar and vanilla; whisk until blended. Add sugar and corn starch; mix well. Pour into crust.
Step 4
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set and top is golden brown. Cool completely.
