1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups plus 3 Tbsp. milk, divided
1/4 cup corn starch
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cook sugar and water in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese and 3 Tbsp. milk until blended; set aside. Whisk corn starch and remaining milk in medium saucepan until corn starch is dissolved. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Cook 10 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add sugar syrup; cook and stir 5 min. Add nuts; cook 5 min., stirring constantly.
Step 3
Pour puidding into serving bowl; cover with plastic wrap, pressing wrap directly onto surface of pudding.
Step 4
Refrigerate 3 hours or until cooled.
Step 5
Serve topped with Cool Whip.

How to Make a Smooth Pudding
Whisking the cold milk with the corn starch until the corn starch is dissolved before adding the cream cheese mixture will help the cooked pudding be lump free.
