Select All
Step 1
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool 15 min.
Step 2
Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix meat, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, half the bacon, 3 Tbsp. cream cheese product and 1/2 cup onions just until blended. Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes; return to pan. Add remaining cream cheese; mash potatoes to desired consistency. Stir in remaining bacon and onions.
Step 4
Let meatloaf stand 5 min. before removing from pan and slicing to serve with the potatoes.
