3 Tbsp. oil
2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
1 bottle (341 mL) beer
3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, chopped

How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until onions are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Add beer; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Toss cheese with flour. Add to beer mixture; cook and stir 1 to 3 min. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Top with bacon and green onions.
