Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min; chop.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese product, sour cream and remaining dressing with mixer until well blended. Stir in onions.
Step 3
Serve with vegetables.

For stronger fig flavour, add 2 finely chopped dried figs to dip with the caramelized onions.
Make Ahead
Onions can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then store in refrigerator up to 2 days before using to prepare dip as directed.
