1 cup each: chopped red apple & celery
1/2 cup each: chopped green onions & cashews
1/3 cup each: chopped dried apricots & raisins

MIX all ingredients together in large glass bowl.
SPOON mixture into lightly greased 6 cup ring mold, if desired.
REFRIGERATE salad 4 hours or overnight.
