1/2 lb. (225 g) carrots, cut into thirds
1/2 cup cashews, toasted
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

How do I make it ?
Process carrots and nuts in food processor until finely ground.
Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth and well blended.

Serve with pita chips, and/or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
Add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper to chopped carrot mixture in food processor along with the chickpeas, dressing, garlic and cumin; continue as directed.
