2-1/4 cups graham crumbs
10 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup shredded carrots
2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8 min.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in carrots.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Pour cheesecake batter over crust. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
Spread Cool Whip onto cheesecake; sprinkle with nuts.
