Love carrot cake AND cheesecake but can't decide between the two? Good news! You don't have to choose! This creamy carrot cheesecake with its crisp graham crumb crust is covered with creamy whipped topping and then topped with a sprinkling of crunchy chopped pecans for the best of both worlds. It's the perfect holiday dessert, though is equally delicious when served year round. Prepare yourself to receive rave reviews!
