2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives

Heat oil and butter in skillet over medium heat. Add carrots and garlic; cook for 3 to 5 min.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover skillet; cook 10 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender.
