4 cups small cauliflower florets
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. water

Step 1
Bring 1/2 inch water to boil in medium saucepan fitted with steamer basket. Add cauliflower to basket; cover. Cook 5 min. Remove cauliflower from basket; cool 10 min.
Step 2
Place cauliflower in work bowl of food processor. Use pulsing action of processor to process cauliflower until chopped into small pieces resembling that of cooked couscous.
Step 3
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, adding garlic for the last minute. Add cauliflower; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec. STOVETOP METHOD: Place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. OVEN METHOD: Spread nuts into single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350°F oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
