1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup candied citrus peel

1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except chocolate. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto greased and lightly floured baking sheets.
Step 3
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Step 4
Melt chocolate as directed on package; spread onto bottoms of cookies. Run tines of fork over chocolate. Let stand, chocolate-sides up, until chocolate is firm.
