200 g Cracker Barrel Gouda Cheese
8 thin slices hard salami (50 g)
8 thin slices dry cured chorizo (60 g)
1/2 lb. (225 g) each seedless green and red grapes
8 assorted crackers
8 thin baguette slices, toasted
1/3 cup fig jam

Break or cut cheese into 16 pieces.
Step 2
Arrange on cheese board along with the meat, grapes, crackers and toast slices.

Charcuterie and cheese boards are the perfect easy nibble to put together when entertaining – and you never have to make them the same way twice! Try varying with seasonal fruit, and switch up the nuts, preserves, crackers, bread, meat, and Cracker Barrel cheese to customize your platter in numerous different ways. Add pickles, dried fruit, your favourite Heinz mustard for spreading on the meat and you'll have guests that are beyond impressed, but with virtually no effort!
You can increase or decrease the ingredient measures depending on how many guests you are serving. Plan on buying about 25 g of cheese and 20 g of charcuterie per guest.
Make Ahead
The cheese and charcuterie can be cut ahead of time. Wrap cheese and meats separately in plastic wrap, then place in resealable plastic bags. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Arrange on cheese board with the remaining ingredients just before serving.
Prepare using your favourite variety of hard salami, such as mild Calabrese or a hot sopressata.
