3 cups scoobi doo pasta, uncooked
1 lb. (450 g) broccolini
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese, divided
3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile, spray grill pan with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add broccolini; drizzle with oil. Cook 4 to 5 min. or until lightly charred, turning after 3 min. Chop broccolini.
Step 4
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add flour and crushed pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in milk; cook 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, Parmesan and broccolini; mix well.
Step 5
Drain pasta; return to pan. Add cheese sauce; mix well. Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheese.
Step 6
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Variation
Substitute halved large broccoli florets for the broccolini.
