1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
3 green onions, sliced
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
1/4 tsp. black pepper

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spread potatoes onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheese, bacon and onions.
Step 3
Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add Miracle Whip and pepper; mix well. Pour over potato mixture.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until centre is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.
