4 baking potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup warm milk
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 cup each chopped green onions and red peppers

How do I make it ?
Pierce potatoes in several places with fork or sharp knife. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 23 min. or until tender, turning after 12 min. Cool slightly.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Scoop out potato centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Add ketchup and milk to potato centres; mash until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into potato shells.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

The filled potato shells can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time as needed until potatoes are heated through.
