2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
2 cups water
2 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
2 eggs, beaten

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Bring margarine and water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add stuffing mixes; stir. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Use ice cream scoop to portion stuffing mixture into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven.
Heat broiler. Place muffin pan in broiler, 6 inches from heat. Broil 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until tops of stuffing cups are golden brown. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.
