These Cheddar Cheese Puffs are the ideal bite-size appetizer. Made with two kinds of cheese and baked until golden, these cheese bites are best served warm with a glass of wine.

Step 1
Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, butter and mustard in medium saucepan; cook on low heat 15 min. or until cheeses are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Step 2
Beat egg whites in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form; gently stir into cheese mixture. Dip bread cubes in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place, in single layer, on wax paper-lined trays or baking sheets.
Step 3
Freeze 2 hours or until firm; place in freezerweight resealable plastic bags. Store in freezer until ready to use. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cheese cubes on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
