Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Bring broth just to boil in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in cornmeal; cook 5 min. or until mixture thickens and pulls away from side of pan, stirring frequently. Stir in Parmesan; spoon into prepared pan. Smooth top. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
