1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 tomato, finely chopped

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF
Step 2
Add boiling water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir. Cover; let stand 5 min.
Step 3
Add meat, egg and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; mix just until blended. Press half onto bottom of 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle half the cheese down centre of meat mixture in pan; cover with remaining meat mixture, pressing gently into pan to secure.
Step 4
Bake 50 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce and topping with remaining cheese for the last 10 min.
Step 5
Top with tomatoes.
