CUT 1 package (227g) Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese into 1/2 inch slices; cut each slice into 2 triangles.
Step 2
DIP triangles in 1 beaten egg and coat with 1 pouch Shake'n Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
Step 3
BROIL for 1 -2 minutes or until cheese is softened and surface is golden. Serve immediately with heated pasta sauce or blue cheese Dressing.
