2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese or Light Cream Cheese Spread, softened
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup brandy
8 drops hot pepper sauce
1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, shredded
125 g blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup each: paprika, ground almonds and chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, butter, brandy and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Divide mixture in half.
Step 2
To one portion of cream cheese mixture, add cheddar cheese; mix until well blended. To second portion, add blue cheese; mix until well blended.
Step 3
Refrigerate both cheese mixtures 3 hours or until firm. Form cheese mixtures into 1-inch balls. Roll into paprika, almonds or parsley.
