2 Tbsp. KRAFT House Italian Dressing
1 cup each: sliced zucchini and mushrooms and diced ham
6 eggs, beaten
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
2 green onions, finely sliced

How do I make it ?
HEAT dressing over medium-high heat. Sauté zucchini and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
POUR eggs over vegetables. Cook over low heat, gently stirring until almost set. Add ham and tomato.
SPRINKLE with cheese and onion. Cover and let stand on low heat until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
