12 slices bread (white, whole wheat or multi-grain), crusts removed
1 each: green pepper and medium onion, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 cups Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing

Step 1
PLACE half of the bread on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking dish. Cover bread with half of the vegetables and cheese. Repeat layers again omitting cheese layer. Beat eggs in a bowl. Gradually blend in milk and dressing. Pour over vegetables. Let stand 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2
BAKE uncovered at 350°F (180°C) for 55 minutes. Place remaining cheese on top and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
