1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
1/4 lb. (115 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. Heinz Tomato Ketchup
3 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
1 pkg. (340 g) dinner rolls (12 rolls)
3 large lettuce leaves
2 plum tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
12 bread and butter pickle slices

How do I make it ?
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add Velveeta, ketchup and mustard; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, heat oven to 350ºF. Remove (unseparated) rolls from pan; cut horizontally in half using serrated knife. Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet. Bake 4 min. or until lightly toasted.
Cover bottom half of bread with meat mixture; top with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Cover with remaining bread half, cut side down. Cut into 12 pieces to serve.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Skewer toothpick through top of each sandwich to secure all filling ingredients. Remove and discard toothpicks before serving sandwiches.
For more flavour, add 2 tsp. crushed red pepper to the browned meat along with the Velveeta, ketchup and mustard.
