Brown meat in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Remove beef from skillet, reserving 1 tsp. drippings in skillet. Add onions and carrots to reserved drippings; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Step 2
Add broth, potatoes, dill weed and cooked beef and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer; cook 12 min., or until potatoes are tender.
Step 3
Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese and milk. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
