Bread rolls are generally deep-fried. Ours are a lighter, baked version with Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese adding a delicious flavour to the stuffing.

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 red pepper, cut into thin strips

1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

1 tsp. garam masala

1/2 tsp. each cumin seed, and red chili powder or cayenne pepper
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 6 ingredients; cook 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and 2 Tbsp. coriander.
Step 3
Flatten bread slices with rolling pin. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. vegetable mixture down one long side of each bread slice; roll up, starting at topped side. Place, seam-sides down, on parchment paper-covered baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until crisp and lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining coriander. Combine dressing with garam masala, and serve as a dipping sauce.
