2 lb. (900 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 8), peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
1/3 cup fully cooked bacon pieces
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook potatoes in large pan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender.
Step 2
Drain potatoes, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Return potatoes and reserved cooking water to pan. Add cream cheese product. Use back of large spoon to smash potatoes slightly while mixing them with the cream cheese just until blended.
Step 3
Stir in bacon and parsley.
