2-1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each dried oregano leaves and basil leaves
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 egg
1-1/2 cups buttermilk
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in cheese, bacon bits and onions.
Step 3
Mix egg and buttermilk in small bowl; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into 12 muffin cups that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle Parmesan on top of each muffin.
Step 4
Bake 20 to 22 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min; remove muffins to wire rack; cool completely. Store in airtight container up to 2 days.

Muffins can be baked ahead of time. Cool, then wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw, then reheat in microwave just before serving.
