1 cup flour
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
5 eggs
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Place flour in large bowl. Cut in cream cheese and butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Shape dough into ball, flatten into disc. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate1 hour.
Step 3
Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook 10 to 15 min. or until caramelized; set aside.
Step 4
Roll dough into 10-inch round on lightly floured board. Press pastry onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; trim edge. Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and milk until well blended; add cheese, bacon and caramelized onions. Pour mixture into crust.
Step 5
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
